Backbase awarded “Digital Banking Provider Of The Year” at MEA Finance Banking Technology Summit and Awards 2022

On the 20th of May, Backbase announced that it has been awarded “Digital Banking Provider of the Year” at the MEA Finance Banking Technology Summit and Awards 2022. The award recognizes Backbase’s customer-centric approach to innovating and curating products and services that are uniquely different and distinctively valuable.

Allot Announces First Quarter Financial Results

On the 17th of May, Allot Ltd. announced unedited first quarter financial results. Key figures include: first quarter revenue of $31.9 million, up 2% year-over-year; Gross margin on a non-GAAP basis was 70%; GAAP operating loss was $5.7 million and non-GAAP operating loss was $3 million; GAAP net loss was $6.1 million and non-GAAP net loss was $3.5 million.

For the upcoming 2022 management expects revenue between $135-140 million; December 2022 total ARR including SECaaS ARR and Support & Maintenance ARR to be between $53-$55 million, representing approximately 15% year-over-year growth versus 2021 at the midpoint; and Recurring security revenue to be at least $7 million.

OpenText Receives 2022 SAP Pinnacle Award in the Partner Solution Success Category

On the 10th of May, OpenText announced that it has been awarded with the 2022 SAP Pinnacle Award in the Partner Solution Success category. SAP presents these awards annually to the top partners that have excelled in developing and growing their partnership with SAP and helping customers run better. Winners and finalists in 22 categories were chosen based on recommendations from SAP, customer feedback, and performance indicators.

Alcatel-Lucent Announces new Strategic Partnership with Avaya

On the 27th of April, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise announced a strategic partnership with Avaya that extends the availability of Avaya’s OneCloud CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) composable solutions to ALE’s global base of customers while also making ALE’s digital networking solutions available on a global basis to Avaya customers. Through this partnership, ALE will offer Avaya OneCloud™ CCaaS, which provides advanced AI, Identity and Security, Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) and customer service capabilities to ALE customers.
