Avaya Virtual Agent Now Available as a Ready to Deploy, Configurable Service

On the 26th of April, Avaya announced an enhancement to Avaya OneCloud to dramatically reduce the complexity associated with virtualizing customer interactions. Avaya Virtual Agent is a ready-to-deploy, configurable service that delivers the full benefits of virtual, AI-based communication experiences to businesses – immediately elevating their customer experience. Avaya Virtual Agent removes this complexity, enabling organizations to quickly deploy Avaya-designed, pre-built, cloud-based self-service agents instead of building them from scratch. It leverages the Avaya OneCloud Experience Platform, which reimagines communications composability, providing customers with the option of constructing their own workflows or subscribing to pre-built experiences. This also enables businesses to participate in the Experience Economy by elevating their customer interactions beyond just making them more efficient to also making them more engaging to capture increased customer time and attention. Tokio Marine Vietnam Powers Customer Experience with OpenText

On the 20th of April, OpenText announced that Tokio Marine Insurance Vietnam (TMIV), a P&C insurer in Vietnam, implemented OpenText solutions to modernize its client communication strategy and enable rapid delivery of information to customers. “One of the most important pieces of client communication for us is the policy document. Previously, we relied on manual processes to design, edit, and personalize these documents. This approach was so time-consuming, increased production costs, and resulted in long wait periods for customers,” said Mr. Hideki Maeomote, General Director of TMIV. “We needed a solution that would streamline and accelerate our document workflows, which is aligned with our values to “Japan Quality” to our customers. With OpenText Exstream we have modernized internal processes and cut time spent on preparing insurance documents by almost half.”

Pexip Engage - a Video-Enabled Customer Engagement Application - Released

On the 11th of April, Pexip announced that it has launched Pexip Engage, an innovative new customer engagement application. After the acquisition of Skedify in November 2021, the joint development team worked to combine the former Skedify product with Pexip video to create a fully integrated customer engagement and video application, allowing companies to form closer relationships with their customers.
